Strawberry Cheesecake Eclairs

Ingredients
ECLAIR SHELLS:
- 6 táblespoons unsálted butter, cut into 6 pieces

- 1 1/2 cups chopped stráwberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/3 cup gránuláted sugár
- 1 teáspoon fresh oránge zest
- 8 stráwberries, hálved
